Eric Ofori Antwi, 25, Madeama SC (sporting club) number one best goalkeeper ,blackmentors ,Black star B wafu 2019 Senegal Runners up. Also African Youth championship, Runner up, as well as FIFA U-20, the third runner up ,2013. He began his football career in Amidaus proffesionals 2012,was then signed into Kumasi Asante kotoko 2013.
Eric Ofori Antwi was interviewed with a question, whether he will coach. There has been numerous footballers that after retirement they enter into a career of coaching or managing any sports club.
Some footballers like C. K Akunor, Kurt Okraku (GFA President), Kwesi Appiah, laryea Kingston, Stephen Appiah and others. Not only footballers, all sports men and women in Athletics, Boxing etc. Some also create their own business to run.
This is what Eric Ofori Antwi said, that as for him coaching is not in his plans now ,there are some other stuffs he is running ,but surely when he retires he will train those upcoming goalkeepers to be the best .
“For now I’ve not planned for coaching but what I have in mind is that when I hang my boots I want to traingoalkeepers to have a brighter career,” he said
“For now there are a lot of plans on board. I am considering doing business even whiles playing actively so that after football i won’t be stranded.”
“My father gave me some tutoring as a lotto agent. So I can even be a lotto agent and do so many business,” he ended.
