Liverpool vs Chelsea live stream How to Watch Liverpool vsChelseaLive Stream, Liverpool vs Chelsea is a heavyweight clash early in the season and there will be an electric atmosphere at Anfield on Saturday (start time 12:30pm ET on NBC, online via NBCSports.com and via Peacock Premium) as two title contenders collide.

Liverpool vs Chelsea live stream

This will be a beauty as Jurgen Klopp and Thomas Tuchel lock horns on the sidelines and both teams have won both of their games so far this season.

Both Liverpool and Chelsea have scored five goals and are yet to concede, as Jurgen Klopp’s Reds have had a slightly easier schedule to kick off the campaign. Getting Virgil van Dijk up to speed has been a huge plus for Liverpool and his battle against Chelsea’s new main man Romelu Lukaku will be so intriguing to watch.

Chelsea vs Liverpool live

An intense rivalry has developed between these two Premier League giants in recent decades and with Anfield full and two star German coaches pitting their wits against one another, that will only add to the occasion.

With Lukaku now leading the line and after he scored on his second Chelsea debut in a comfortable win against Arsenal, are Tuchel’s side legit title contenders this season? Or have Klopp’s Liverpool somehow flown under the radar to become title contenders now that they have their central defenders back?

How to watch and odds

Date: Saturday, Aug. 28 | Time: 7:30 a.m. ET

Location: Etihad Stadium — Manchester, United Kingdom

TV and Live stream: Peacock

Liverpool: All the talk around the Etihad this week was about the potential arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, who ultimately chose to go back to Old Trafford and join Man United after both sides failed to strike up an agreement. City are still in search for a striker, all while there had been speculation over the future of Raheem Sterling, Riyad Mahrez and Bernardo Silva. Gabriel Jesus making a move out wide may not help the striker cause.

Chelsea: A 6-0 win over West Bromwich Albion at least got Chelsea on the scoresheet for the new campaign after consecutive 2-0 defeats to Brentford and Chelsea. Notably Arteta was in a far better mood in his prematch press conference than might have been expected for a manager who is expected to be sitting in the bottom three during the international break.

He still seems to have the stomach for the fight. “For me, it’s the best experience I’ve ever had in football,” he said when asked if he was still enjoying managing Chelsea.

US soccer fans can stream the majority of Premier League games via Peacock TV for just $4.99 a month. (Don’t forget to use a VPN if you’re a US citizen stuck away from home). Canadian fans can watch every game live on DAZN with a 30-day free trial. Premier League matches in the UK will be split across Sky Sports (128 games), BT Sport (52 games) and Amazon Prime (20 games).

So, just 82 days after Manchester City were crowned champions, the 2021/22 Premier League is back. As ever, the top seventeen teams from the previous season and the three teams promoted from the Championship will compete for the top English honours.

Fans will be treated to 380 matches. Kick-offs are 3pm BST for Saturdays and bank holidays. The summer transfer window closes at 11pm on 31st August. The Premier League 2021/21 concludes on 22nd May 2022, with all 10 games kicking off simultaneously.

Pep Guardiola’s reigning champions are hot favourites, having secured the talents of Jack Grealish – the Premier League’s first £100million player – but securing a fourth league title in five years won’t be easy.

Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have strengthened their squad, Spurs are ready to bounce back from a uninspiring 2020/21 season and 13-time Premier League Champions Manchester United are always hungry for more. Meanwhile, Arsenal will be counting on youngsters like Bukayo Saka to lift them into the Champions League spots.

This season’s promoted teams are Watford, Norwich City (back after a year’s absence) and Brentford (back in the big time after a 74-year absence). Thomas Frank led the Bees to the top-flight by defeating Swansea in the play-offs, with Ivan Toney’s 33 league goals proving crucial to Brentford’s success.

There are new VAR rules, too. Accidental handball will no longer be penalised in the build-up to a goal, offsides will be measured from the bottom of the armpit and there will be no penalties for “slight contact” in the box.

Put simply, 2021/22 is going to be an unmissable season of Premier League action, and that’s before you even look at the player and manager dramas. Follow our guide to watch a Premier League 2021/22 live stream online, on TV and on your smartphone from wherever you are…

You can download Match Of The Day for offline viewing, but it is time-sensitive and will disappear as soon as the programme leaves iPlayer.

Match of the Day can also be streamed live at the time of broadcast via the BBC iPlayer website.
